A beautiful community surrounded by majestic trees, lakes and rolling hills. We love our awesome neighbors and the uniqueness of each home, and we want to keep it that way.
The Bloc
What is The Bloc? We are just a group of neighbors that want to make our neighborhood a great place to call home. We are not an HOA that’s going to tell you to cut your lawn or dictate what color your home should be. We wouldn’t want that ourselves, and we don’t think our neighbors would, either.
What has The Bloc done? Together as a community we have accomplished so much:
- The entrance sign
- Sidewalks
- Street lights
- Road paving
- Neighborhood landscaping
- Annual yard sale
- Halloween party – yes, that’s us!
- Santa on the firetruck – that’s us too!
- And don’t forget the Easter Egg hunt and party!
